Subscription Details

Founder "for life" subscriptions - the discounted monthly cost is available for the life of the subscription. Cancelling or changing your subscription tier will end the discounted cost.

You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will continue to receive the benefits of your current tier for the remainder of the subscription billing period, but will not be charged for the next billing period. No refund will be given for downgrading or canceling part way through a billing period.

Downgrading to a tier with a lower number of alerts than you currently have active, may require you to delete some alerts or may result in some of your alerts being disabled.

Free Trial

The free trial period is 14 days from the point you sign up. This is 14, 24 hour periods. Our 14 day trial actually runs for 14 days and 1 extra hour. This means that if you sign up at 10am, your trial will not end until 11am, 14 days later.

When signing up for this free trial, you must enter credit card details, but these will not be charged until the end of the free trial period.

After the free trial period, you will be charged in advance for the upcoming subscription period that you signed up for and ongoing thereafter.

If you cancel your trial, your trial will end immediately and any remaining free trial days will be forfeit. Your card will not be charged.

Referrals

A referral is registered when a 'friend' follows a valid referral link and signs up for a subscription to a SeatSpy.com account.

Only the latest referral will be awarded a referral reward. If a 'friend' follows another persons referral link, this will supercede any previous referral links.

A referral reward is awarded when the 'friend' makes their first payment on either a Premium or First Class subscription.

The standard referral reward is 3 months credit to the referrer. This credit will be taken off the referrer's next scheduled payment.

Referral rewards are variable. SeatSpy reserves the right to withdraw or change the referral promotion at any time, with or without notice.

You cannot recommend yourself or anyone else at your address

We reserve the right to withhold rewards if we suspect fraudulent activity or for any other reason. All decisions made by SeatSpy are final.

This offer is not applicable when the 'friend' is or has at some previous time been a customer with SeatSpy.

Service Levels

We offer the service on a best endeavours basis and we will not be held liable for any losses caused by interruption to the service or the inaccuracy thereof. In any case, our liability is limited to one month's subscription payment.

We reserve the right to modify, add or remove features to subscription tier levels, given one month's notice posted on the website by updating this page.

SMS and WhatsApp messages are subject to a fair use limit per month, currently 30 SMS messages or 30 WhatsApp messages.

"Instant" alerts means that when we discover a reward seat is available, we will notify you immediately. Alerts for tiers with hourly alerts may be sent up to one hour after us discovering availability, and up to one day later for tiers with daily alerts.
